This space is open to :

  • Professionals who want to strengthen their leadership in a collaborative and inclusive way — taking into account everybody’s needs.
  • Or/and anyone who has attended NVC training and or Servant Leadership Training and wants to deepen their practice.

What You Will Experience

  • 6 online sessions of 1h30, once a month, with a small, diverse group of professionals.
  • Short theory inputs on Collaborative Leadership and Collaborative Communication.
  • Real-life practice: bring your own leadership challenges and explore them in small groups.
  • Coaching and guidance from experienced trainers.

You will leave with :

  • Tools to navigate leadership challenges with more clarity and empathy.
  • Greater confidence in handling conflicts and complex team dynamics.
  • A deeper understanding of how to “take care of the whole” (Miki Kashtan’s definition of leadership) wherever I can have impact.
  • A supportive community of peers committed to practicing collaboration.
  • Collaborative Communication (also known as Nonviolent Communication, NVC) offers concrete tools for leadership: seeking alignment and connection, navigating conflict,  giving feedback, and building trust.

Who are the trainers ?

Johanna Guez

Trainer and coach specialized in Collaborative Leadership and Communication, I support leaders, managers, and teams to foster trust, dialogue, and inclusion. With over 15 years of experience in international organizations — including the United Nations — and 7 years of intensive training in Nonviolent Communication (NVC), I help professionals navigate real-world challenges such as feedback, conflict, and building cultures of collaboration.

Fabienne Dumas Huet

I support people who want to increase their impact and contribution in organizations while taking care of their authenticity, alignment, and life balance. A Certified NVC Trainer since 2018 with 30 years of experience in coaching and training, I bring expertise in collective intelligence, servant leadership, and communication to help individuals and teams — including multicultural groups — cooperate and grow together.

Cancellation Policy :

  • When you register, you reserve a seat in the Leadership Practice Group. You may cancel your reservation free of charge up to 7 days before the program start date. If you cancel less than 7 days before the start date but before the program begins, you will be charged 50% of the program fee.
  • Cancellations made after the program has started are non-refundable.
  • Once you have started the program, payment is required regardless of attendance.

These rates are available only for this pilot edition, as we co-create and refine the program with the first group of participants.
